Empty books look healthy
That is the mistake that is hard to spot. Books with no entries have no errors in them. Zero unreconciled bank lines look like zero problems, right up until you notice that no bank statement ever came in.
So LegaSum answers in three parts instead of showing a green tick. "Unknown" is a real answer, and it is the answer you get when we have had nothing to look at.

Never a percentage
No score on a set of books. A number like 94 % says nothing about what the last 6 are.

Invoices and customers
Write and send invoices. A credit note is never shown as something the customer owes you.
Receipts and suppliers
Suppliers and their bills, together. A receipt belongs to its entry.
Bookkeeping
Double-entry. Entries cannot be changed afterwards, only corrected with a reversing entry.
Danish VAT
VAT is calculated as you go and can be reviewed before it is filed.
Bank
Reconcile the bank. If no lines have come in, it says so.
Reports
Reports, with a note on what has been checked.

You don't have to remember to press anything. If the review finds nothing to look at, it says "unknown", not "all fine".

Create an account and we find your company by its CVR number. You don't type the address, the company form or the VAT number.
Coming from another system, the books can move with you, including periods that have already been filed.

Servers in the EU
The software runs at Amazon Web Services in Stockholm. Your books do not leave the EU.

Danish is the default. This is the English version; switch language in the footer.
