What does it cost?
Creating an account, sending invoices, collecting receipts and moving your books here is free. If you want LegaSum as your accountant — bookkeeping, VAT and the annual report — it costs 30 % of what an accountant charges, from a fixed price list; the prices are at /en/priser. LegaSum Pay costs 0.9 % of each amount paid plus the card fee, no fixed fees. Partner services (incorporation, accountant, legal) are billed by the partner at their price, shown up front.
Do I have to do the bookkeeping myself?
No. LegaSum collects receipts, understands them, matches them against the bank and books them. You are asked when a decision needs you, one question at a time, not a list.
What do 'live', 'via partner' and 'being built' mean?
Live: LegaSum's software does it today. Via partner: a local partner (accountant, lawyer, incorporation provider) does it, and LegaSum keeps track of steps and documents. Being built: we are building it and say so, instead of pretending.
Where is my data?
At Amazon Web Services in Stockholm. Your data does not leave the EU. Two-factor and passkeys can be switched on.
Can I bring my bookkeeper or accountant?
Yes. Invite them as a partner on your company; they see what you see and can work directly in the accounts.
I already have accounting software, can I move?
Yes. We import your customers, suppliers and open items and start from a date you choose. The old software keeps running until you're comfortable.
